The Onslow Premier Mens Side will be playing in Division 2 of the 50-Over competition and Division 1 of the 2-Day competition in 2023-24 in the two-tiered Premier Men’s competition. With 6 teams in each division, the 50-Over competition comprises a full home and away round robin, whilst the 2-Day competition has 5 games. Automatic promotion/relegation occurs between Div 1 and Div 2 in the separate formats, with the bottom team in Div 1 automatically being replaced by the top team of Div 2 for the following season. The Premier Team also competes in the T20 competition, which is usually held at the beginning of the season.

In the 2022-23 season under Micah Conroy’s captaincy, the team had a reasonable amount of success, achieving the most points in Division 2 (Hazlett Trophy) across both the 50-Over and 2-Day formats and getting promoted to Div 1 in the 2-Day format. The goal for the 2023/24 season will be to push hard for promotion in the 50-Over competition, whilst maintaining our place in the 2-Day Div 1 competition.

Preseason trainings will begin in August, with preseason games beginning at the start of October. The home ground for the team is at Nairnville Park, with training sessions being run at the Farnboro Centre at Onslow College. During the season we train twice a week from 6pm, normally Wednesday and Thursday. Trainings occur alongside the Reserves Team as well.
